1. Introduction & Acceptance

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing anyone else to use your account is a violation of these Terms. If you believe your account is compromised, contact nm88 support immediately.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

The nm88 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• nm88 may request a national identity card or birth certificate for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• All winnings from accounts registered with a false age will be forfeited.
• Guardians may also be held responsible if a minor opens an account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nm88 are processed through Bangladesh's mobile financial services.

4.1 Deposits

• Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

nm88 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These Terms apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: a deposit of ৳10,000 or more earns a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳15,000.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Certain games or bet types may not count toward wagering calculations.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed on one account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
• Any bonus offer that has expired will be considered void.
• Unusual betting patterns intended to exploit bonuses (such as opposing bets or arbitrage) are strictly prohibited.

6. Fair Play Rules

nm88 is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or another person's account.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or any other unauthorized method.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in a game or the system.
• Using an account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Unlawful collusion or coordination with other members.
• Threatening or behaving inappropriately toward platform staff.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by nm88

nm88 may immediately suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.

• In accordance with instructions from a regulatory or legal authority.

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through nm88 support. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure, subject to applicable conditions being met.
